This show is too fun for it to be more than a fleeting annoyance - and I suppose Lucifer is friendly with the right people to get away with things that the characters of CSI shouldnt.

There are certainly Christians who are not civil at all.  And there are also non-Christians who are quite civil.

Perhaps that means we Christians need to be formed by Jesus more than we are?

I was with you on the Love aspect.
The book says God is Love and Jesus I and the Father are one.God also being Spirit and Light But the main attribute is Divine Love.

Also we can sure do with a transformation on how we view and
gobble up the earth.
Also we should have Love in our heart when considering these earth living ways.

Matth.28:19 But the apostle baptize in the name of Jesus Christ only. Acts 2:38; 19:5; Gal.3:27.  But churches today got people baptize into the Father the Son and the Holy Spirit. Whos example should we follow? Thanks for the previous answer.

But if you try calling out sin without an appearance of civility, your calling wont do much good.  Love should be what calls us to speak against sin - but love without civility is hardly love.  I will say this here because I was blocked on the other thread about being civil.  I believe the third way neither red nor blue should not be so defensive towards one or discriminating against the other.  I believe the third way for a conservative Christian needs to be more apolitical.  "My Kingdom is not of this world."

Peace and civility is possible without Jesus;  my question would be - is it possible for fervent political Christians?

Is civility, peace, and harmony possible without Jesus? If not, how is it possible?

Should we try to bring "peace, peace when there is no peace"? Is civility without Christianity even a laudable goal?

Should Christians be concerned with trying to make heathens act more like Christians in terms of civility, peacefulness, and so on? Or should we focus primarily on leading more people into the kingdom?
